What the buyer is requesting

Details

The Department of Education (DoE) is inviting tenders for the Shade Structure project at North Arm SS, located at Fairhill Rd, Yandina QLD 4561. This tender is for a principal contractor to undertake the entire scope of works.

The project scope entails a shade structure over an existing playground.

The appointed principal contractor will be responsible for the full scope of works including design and obtaining the relevant certifications. All works to be carried in in accordance with all building codes, Australian Standards, and DoE guidelines.

Tenderers must hold the following licences and insurances, with proof to be provided upon request:

• QBCC Licence

• Professional Indemnity Insurance (to value of $1 million in accordance with the contract)

• Public Liability Insurance

• WorkCover Insurance
