The objective of this RFQ is to engage a supplier to provide:

• A configurable and easy-to-use booking and customer management system;

• Online customer booking, registration and self-service capability;

• Membership and class management functionality;

• Event management and ticketing functionality;

• Integrated invoicing, receipting and payment processing;

• Strong reporting and audit capability;

• Appropriate financial controls and user permissions;

• Accessibility and inclusive design features;

• Ongoing support, training and system upgrades;

• Easily configured reporting.

The successful supplier will provide all software, configuration, implementation services, training, support and associated services necessary to deliver a fit-for-purpose solution for Council.
