The Charters Towers Region is a local government area in North Queensland, Australia southwest of, and inland from the city of Townsville, based in Charters Towers. Established in 2008, it was preceded by two previous local government areas which dated back to the 1870s.

The services are intended to cover commercial cleaning at numerous facilities within Charters Towers.

A mandatory tender briefing and site inspection will be held Wednesday 10 June 2026.

RSVP’s to tenders@charterstowers.qld.gov.au are required by 5:00pm Monday 8 June 2026.

Tenders must be lodged electronically through VendorPanel by 5:00pm on Friday 26 June 2026.

Council reserves the right to invite all tenderers to change their tenders to take account of a change in the tender specification.
