Details
This project will allow for the demolition of the existing toilet building and be replaced with a new building that will incorporate a DDA compliant toilet, children's toilet and one female and one male ambulant toilet. The building will also include a laundry and cleaning room as requested by the committee.

As part of the construction an accessible covered walkway will be constructed to provide shelter from the weather as it is outside access.

MANDATORY SITE VISIT

Due to the complexities with access to the site it is mandatory that potential respondents attend the mandatory site meeting.

The meeting is an opportunity for potential respondents to review the site and constraints and to ask questions and clarify any concerns or details before they submit their tender.

To be eligible to tender for this project, respondents must have attended the mandatory site visit. Council will not entertain any claim on account of a failure to do so.

Can you please provide additional information for the retaining walls? Architectural drawings note to refer to structural and vice versa. Nor real information regarding length or height of the retaining wall provided

Is there a division 6 Hazmat report for the existing building that can be supplied?

An addendum will be issued which provides additional information on the retaining wall.

A specification will be issued as an addendum with the fixtures and fittings. This specification will note the Hazardous Materials Report.

We have a Division 5 report that states no asbestos is present in the toilet.
