I couldn't locate councils contract amongst the documents.

Thank you for your query,

As per the RFQ Section 4.7.3 Acceptance for works/services will be confirmed by issue of a Council Purchase Order. There will be no formal Contract issued.

Following clarification is needed.

What is the size of the loader

What is the size of the Excavator

In the SOR item 16,17 and 18 - why two-line items provided - Hourly and Daily - Please clarify

How many hours to be considered in a day.

Thank you for your queries.

1. The applicant is free to include whatever size Loader and Excavator they offer as there is no specific size stipulated.

2. Typo – Items 15, 16, 17 & 18 should read Day – Weekly – Monthly – Long-Term.

3. The length of a day is up to the applicant. Normal Council working day is 7.00am to 4.00pm. We may work an hour or so past this if required. If quoting a Day Rate applicant is to stipulate the expected working hours per day.
