Racing Queensland (RQ) is seeking offers from suitably experienced Suppliers for Design and Construct of Jockey Room at Texas Jockey Club

The successful Tenderer will be engaged under RQ’s Design and Works Agreement to complete the works.

Offers may only be submitted electronically through VendorPanel or by email, no later than 2:00p.m. (AEST) on 06 November 2026. The closing time and date nominated in this Request For Tender is the latest time by which a submission must be logged. Late submissions may NOT be accepted.

Site Inspection: Tenderers may undertake a self-guided site inspection if desired. Tenderers wishing to attend the site are requested to email procurement@racingqueensland.com.au, advising their intention to undertake an inspection and the name(s) of the representative(s) attending. RQ will confirm site access and provide any relevant instructions by email prior to the inspection.
