Question
:
May we request for an extension for another 2 weeks to submit the tender documents due to current workloads and other tender submission commitments?
Answered on 18/Nov/2025 10:10 AM
:
Good Morning
Thank you for your enquiry, four (4) weeks is sufficient amount of time to complete a submission especially given the market has been aware of our intent to tender for a period of time, due to time restraints and the holiday season approaching we are unable to offer extensions.
If you have any further queries please don't hesitate to ask
Thank you

Question
:
Hi Tanya,
Can you please clarify below:
Column N, Tab 3 Product and Price Schedule within "PROSTHEPCRM25_Product_and_Price_Schedule_Final - Marked up" within seeks us to add " Unit per Purchasing Unit" does that mean we add number of units within UOM? for e.g. if a Selling Unit of Measure(SUOM) is 1 and it has 5 units in SUOM then we add 5 units?
Also, the changes in the documents based on clarifications provided via addendums, do we make them in the documents directly or will you release updated document?
Regards,
Sumit
Answered on 27/Nov/2025 07:54 AM
:
Hi Sumit
Yes that is correct, the Unit per purchasing unit in this case would be 5, as there are 5 eaches in the purchasing unit.
I am uploading the updated documents today for your convenience of use.
Thank you
