Clarence City Council (or City of Clarence) is a local government body in Tasmania, and one of the five municipalities that constitutes the Greater Hobart Area. The Clarence local government area has a population of 61,531, covering the eastern shore of the Derwent River from Otago to the South Arm Peninsula and the smaller localities of Cambridge, Richmond, and Seven Mile Beach.

The administrative centre and main commercial district of Clarence is Rosny Park, approximately 5 kilometres from the Hobart central business district. Bellerive Oval lies immediately to the south, and Hobart Airport is located further north-west along the Tasman Highway.

City of Clarence invites Quotations from suitably qualified Respondents to undertake Works to install new stormwater services for the benefit of properties situated at 150-158 Cambridge Road, Warrane, Tasmania, 7018.

The Works include, but are not limited to:

a) Piped stormwater drainage.

b) Removal of sewer stormwater cross-connection and establish a new stormwater property connection (4 properties).

c) Vegetation works and tree management.

d) Removal and reinstatement of fence, shed and vegetable patch in the backyards.

PRE-QUOTATION SITE MEETING (Mandatory Attendance)

For clarification of the Works, a pre-quotation site meeting is scheduled for Tuesday 13th October 2026 at 11:30am. This meeting will convene at 158 Cambridge Road, Warrane. Because of the nature of the work requiring access to private properties, attendance at this meeting by the Respondent is mandatory. Respondents who have not complied with this requirement will not be considered.

Those intending to attend this meeting are requested to inform the contact person nominated prior to the meeting.
