Please be advised that these services are quite unique and hard to categorise so they may appear under broader or adjacent categories. As the services are quite specialised, they may not be applicable to all suppliers who received this notification.

Sections 9.4 and section 10.4 of the 04._06013-Fire_Management-Section_E_Non-Price_Tender_Schedules are requesting the same key personnel information. Are we to enter the information in both sections or is there a double up in the document?

Questions 9.4 and 10.4 request similar information but apply to different categories.

Question 9.4 is specific to Category 1: Fire Management Services and question 10.4 relates to Category 2: Civil Construction.

Tenderers should only respond to the questions relevant to the category or categories that they are applying for. If applying for more than one category, please ensure that all relevant questions are completed.

Question:
1. We request to revise the Schedule of Rates specifically Category 2 to include separate mobilisation costs for each plant item. The current single mobilisation rate does not reflect actual cost variability across equipment types..

2. Given that invoicing is based solely on hours worked, could we include an administration and WHS surcharge to cover compliance and coordination costs or are we required to incorporate these overheads into our submitted hourly rates?

3. The current Schedule of Rates does not include provisions for charges relating to Supervisors or Project Managers. We would like to request that these roles be added, as they are essential to our operations. Specifically, Supervisors and Project Managers are required to direct and brief our operators on-site, ensure safe and compliant execution of works, and attend planning and coordination meetings with Seqwater representatives. Can these additional line items be included in the rate schedule?
