Bundaberg Regional Council is situated at the southern end of the Great Barrier Reef stretching from the Burrum River to Baffle Creek, comprising of 6,451 sq km. Bundaberg Regional Council is inviting tenders to establish a Register of Pre-qualified Suppliers for the supply of livestock control.

The Services required under the agreement includes:

- Livestock wandering on or near road – attend, install “BEWARE of stock” signs, move stock off roads and identify / advise stock owners, if possible;

- Impound small livestock (goats, sheep etc.);

- Impound large livestock (cattle, horses etc.); and

- Any other miscellaneous Services by agreement.

The period of the agreement will be for three (3) years with two extension period of one (1) year, available by mutual agreement.

A schedule of weeks each Supplier will be on call and be required to complete the Services for will be negotiated at the time of contracting.
