The merger of City of Botany Bay and Rockdale City councils

Bayside Council is seeking submissions from qualified and experienced respondents for the procurement of a cloud-based Aquatic and Recreation Management System, including implementation, configuration, data migration, integration, raining, ongoing support and maintenance services.

The proposed solution must support customer managements, memberships, self-service portal, bookings, programs, point-of-sale transactions, payments, communications, reporting and related aquatic and recreation operations across Council facilities.

The solution will be implemented in phases, initially supporting Council’s existing aquatic and recreation services, followed by the new Botany Aquatic Centre, which is expected to open in November 2027. Further details of the implementation scope and requirements are provided in Volume 3.
