Good Afternoon,
We are unable to open any of the drawings/schedules within the zip folders. There is an error message that reads "Could not open 'DRAWING REFERENCE' because it is either not a supported file type or the file has been corrupted. Kind Regards

Question
:
1. The electrical plans note all works shall comply with the UNISQ cabling standards, please could this be issued?
2. The Fittings & Loose Furniture specification notes desk partitions to be ‘Front Mount’. Based on the Autex website, front mount is side to side partitions between desks? Should this be beam mount to provide separation between back-to-back desks?
Answered on 01/May/2026 10:57 AM
:
Response – Electrical Plans have been attached as an Addendum.
2. The partition schedule is to change to Autex 24mm Haven Screen in custom shape fixed with Vicinity brackets, shape and colour to be confirmed with contractor. Contractors are to allow for Autex Haven screens to the central eight desks of each space only.
Also note that power and data to the central eight desks is to be accommodated via two ceiling suspended umbilicals serving four desks each, umbilical in white – contractor to allow for fixings top and bottom and floor mounted power and data outlets.
Contractor to supply and install one double GPO per desk and one CMS AN04RUAC02G25WT Athena II Rail – 4 GPO Rotated, Dual USB Charger A+C type including mechs, 2500mm 10A O/load 3 pin plug and desk mounting brackets – all white.

Question
:
Hello Team,
Could you please advise if it would be possible to obtain detailed joinery drawings, including dimensions such as bookshelf heights and desk sizes? I can see that the finish details have been listed in the schedules, however it would be very helpful if a joinery schedule and detailed drawings could also be provided.
Additionally, could you please share the contact details of the building’s in-house electrical and mechanical contractors?

Question
:
Hello,
1 - Please confirm ACT-1 as it is specified as flush set plasterboard on the RCP legend, but on the RCP itself, it is shown as a ceiling tile. Please confirm if ACT-1 is to be new ceiling tiles or plasterboard, or if this refers to the adjusted grid and tiles to suit the new layout as per the demo RCP.
2- Please confirm the building's BMS Contractor's details.
Thanks

Response - The reference to FPB in the RC Plan drawing legend is incorrect, ACT-1 is an Acoustic Ceiling Tile and identified in the Finishes Schedule as “to match existing”.
2- Please confirm the building's BMS Contractor's details.
Response - Main AHU are Schneider Controls, VAV’s are Niagara Controls

Question
:
1. Drawing 4003 makes reference to PIN-6 acoustic wall panel but no specification provided in schedule. Can the architect please advise?
2. Drawing 4002 Elevations 5 + 8 tags PNT-1 on the walls, but it looks like it should be PIN-1. Drawing 4003 Elevation 1 tags PNT-1 on the wall but it looks like it should be PIN-2.
Please confirm if this should be paint or acoustic panel?
3. Can you please confirm the specification for the existing ceiling tiles?
4. How many mobile pedestals are required? How many/what sort of drawers are required?
5. Something has been drawn at the end of the central bank of workstations and at the end of the row of workstations closest to the Comms room in Office 2. What is this intended to be? Is it to be supplied by the contractor?
6. Regarding RFI response:
“Also note that power and data to the central eight desks is to be accommodated via two ceiling suspended umbilicals serving four desks each, umbilical in white – contractor to allow for fixings top and bottom and floor mounted power and data outlets.”
The documentation shows the central pods to be fed from the existing skirting duct, which will be a neater solution. Are you sure you want to change?
7. Regarding RFI response:
“Contractor to supply and install one double GPO per desk and one CMS AN04RUAC02G25WT Athena II Rail – 4 GPO Rotated, Dual USB Charger A+C type including mechs, 2500mm 10A O/load 3 pin plug and desk mounting brackets – all white.”
The drawings show 1 x DGPO (non-essential) and 1 x DGPO (essential) per workstation below bench mounted on the wall for the perimeter workstations. Do you want to keep this allowance and only change to the Athena rail above bench to the central workstations? This would change whether you have all non-essential power to the rail, or non-essential to the rail – you can’t have a mix.. You could relocate 2 x non-essential above desk into the Athena + have 2xGPO rail + USBs?
Can you please clarify what your final preference is, for all desk types?
Answered on 07/May/2026 01:53 PM
:
The following responses are provided. Further drawings have been provided as Addendums Q1 - A-4002, 4003, and A4004.
1. Drawing 4003 makes reference to PIN-6 acoustic wall panel but no specification provided in schedule. Can the architect please advise? PIN-6 is not in use and has been removed. Refer amended drawing for the corrected PIN layout.
2. Drawing 4002 Elevations 5 + 8 tags PNT-1 on the walls, but it looks like it should be PIN-1. Drawing 4003 Elevation 1 tags PNT-1 on the wall but it looks like it should be PIN-2. This is to be PIN. Refer amended elevations for the corrected PIN finish.
Please confirm if this should be paint or acoustic panel? Acoustic Panel
3. Can you please confirm the specification for the existing ceiling tiles? Current ceiling tile type is unknown, contractor to match existing.
4. How many mobile pedestals are required? How many/what sort of drawers are required? One mobile pedestal per desk excluding quiet rooms, one deep drawer and one shallow drawer per previous addendum.
5. Something has been drawn at the end of the central bank of workstations and at the end of the row of workstations closest to the Comms room in Office 2. What is this intended to be? Is it to be supplied by the contractor? The dashed lines at the end of desks and under whiteboards indicates bookshelves – generally 1200W x 900H x 350D
There is no central partition therefore cables cannot be run along floor – umbilicals are required.
7. Regarding RFI response:
“Contractor to supply and install one double GPO per desk and one CMS AN04RUAC02G25WT Athena II Rail – 4 GPO Rotated, Dual USB Charger A+C type including mechs, 2500mm 10A O/load 3 pin plug and desk mounting brackets – all white.”

This would change whether you have all non-essential power to the rail, or non-essential to the rail – you can’t have a mix.. You could relocate 2 x non-essential above desk into the Athena + have 2xGPO rail + USBs? Please delete the essential power GPO and retain non-essential double GPO plus Athena power rail – per desk.
Can you please clarify what your final preference is, for all desk types? One Athena power rail and one non-essential double GPO per desk
