VendorPanel is currently not allowing download of zip folders. This fault is not CoB specific. It has been reported with high priority. We have tested and believe that individual documents can be downloaded. Please try this option while we await an outcome from VendorPanel. Advise if unable to download individual documents. An suitable extension of time to clos date will be applied as applicable.

Update: VendorPanel have advised that this issue has been resolved.

Following on from the review of all the provided documents and requirements can Council please advise if there has already been a Cultural Heritage Management Plan (CHMP) completed for this area and if so can this please be provided as part of the documentation.
