North Burnett Regional Council (Council) is seeking quotations from suppliers for the supply and delivery of four (4) Heavy Rigid Tipper Trucks and one (1) Water Truck.

Delivery should be within sixteen (16) weeks of receipt of a North Burnett Regional Council official purchase order and the supplier must advise if delivery can be achieved within this time.

The supplier will be required to effect registration to North Burnett Regional Council Common Expiry Date of 1st November 2027

All training for operators and mechanics to be completed within two (2) weeks of delivery of equipment

A copy of Department of transport and main roads registration form must be delivered with the vehicle along with the final invoice.

The vehicles are required to support Council’s operational fleet and must be supplied and delivered in accordance with the Technical Specification forming part of this Request for Quotation (RFQ).

Tenderers are required to demonstrate their ability to meet the specified technical requirements, proposed availability and delivery timeframes, and provide a clear breakdown of all costs associated with the supply and delivery of the trucks.
