We would appreciate clarification on whether the EOI is intended specifically for registered aged care providers able to support service provision, and whether submissions from professional services firms able to provide advice on appropriate models are also welcomed.

Thank you for your enquiry.

The purpose of this Expression of Interest (EOI) is primarily to seek responses from organisations capable of delivering or developing the proposed solution so that GCHHS can understand viable solutions that align with market interest, capability and capacity. Submissions should demonstrate a clear capacity to implement solutions, which may include infrastructure provision, service delivery, integrated models, or other innovative approaches aligned to the intended outcomes.

While registered aged care providers are well placed to respond, the EOI is not limited to these organisations. Submissions are welcomed from a range of organisations that are able to propose deliverable infrastructure, service delivery, integrated delivery models or other innovative solutions.

This EOI is not seeking fee-based proposals to provide advice to GCHHS regarding potential solutions. However professional firms may wish to participate if they are part of a broader, deliverable solution or if the wish to provide practical insight into viable delivery models aligned to the purpose of the EOI.

Please refer to 1.6 of the EOI document for Market briefing information. Suppliers are to register attendees by emailing GCHHSProcurement@health.qld.gov.au names and attendee email addresses.
