Question:
1. The ceiling beams are they exposed or are we to plasterboard sides and under?

2. Existing grid to remain?

3. What is the existing flooring and the new floor finishes requirement?

4. Are elevation and joinery drawings available, there are notes to refer to joinery drawings but not available.

5. Are reference drawings M, E, D, available as noted in the drawing A03-01.

6. Is Qbuild engaging the hygienist after asbestos, as noted in point (iv) within the asbestos returnable schedule?

7. Confirming we are to remove all asbestos in the building?

8. What are the security, PA, and hearing augmentation requirements, if required?
