Metro South Hospital and Health Service seeks a suitably qualified contractor to design, supply, install, commission, and certify a replacement operable louvre system, or propose a suitable and compliant alternative solution.

The intent of the project is to:

• Replace the existing damaged & non-functioning operable louvre system.

• An increased level of durability with the new solution.

• Ensure compliance to all relevant standards, codes, and legislation.

• Provide an appropriate long-term and low maintenance solution for the building environment and condition.

• Improve the overall appearance of the building façade within the scope of the project.

• Reduce the risk to staff, patients, and members of the public due to projectile hazards and slips/trips/falls along external staff walkway.

Expected project completion by 30 June 2027.

Metro South Hospital and Health Service (MSHHS) has issued an RFQ for the Provision of Design & Construct of the Louvre Replacement and invited Offerors to a site visit at the Inala Centre of Excellence.

SITE VISIT: Tuesday, 3rd November 2026 at 10:00 AM.
