1. Learning Content Source: Could QUT clarify the expected source of learning content for the AI solution? Specifically, should the solution retrieve content directly from Canvas, integrate with other institutional repositories, or rely on content uploaded and managed within the proposed platform?

2. Knowledge Boundaries: Should AI-generated responses be limited to QUT-approved learning materials, or is the solution expected to also leverage general foundation model knowledge where appropriate? If the latter, should responses distinguish between institution-specific content and general knowledge?

3. Canvas Integration Scope: Beyond authentication and LTI integration, are there any additional Canvas capabilities expected as part of this engagement (e.g., assignments, gradebook, quizzes, discussion forums, analytics, or content synchronization)?

4. Academic Staff Administration: What level of self-service capability is expected for academic staff? For example, should educators be able to independently create AI assistants, upload course resources, configure prompts, define learning activities, and manage course-specific AI experiences without supplier involvement?

5. Simulation & Role-Play Authoring: For immersive simulations and role-play experiences, will QUT provide predefined scenarios, personas, and learning objectives, or is the solution expected to provide authoring capabilities that enable educators to create, manage, and maintain these experiences independently?

Hi, can QUT clarify whether it expects proposed AI tools to operate as standalone SaaS platforms, or to integrate natively within existing QUT systems (e.g., Canvas LMS, Microsoft 365, Cogniti), and to what depth of integration (SSO only vs. embedded LTI workflows)?
