The City of Stonnington is a local government area located within the metropolitan area of Melbourne, Australia. It comprises the inner south-eastern suburbs, between 3 and 13 km (2 and 8 mi), from the Melbourne CBD. The city covers an area of 25.7 km2 (9.9 sq mi).

Within twenty years of the settlement of Melbourne in 1835, the Prahran Municipality (later City of Prahran) was formed in 1855, followed by the Gardiner Road Board (later City of Malvern) in 1856.

The late 19th century saw substantial residential and commercial development such that by 1891 Prahran had a population of almost 40,000 and Malvern 11,000. Following the election of the Kennett government in the Spring of 1992, as part of a comprehensive reorganisation of local government in Victoria, the Cities of Malvern and Prahran were amalgamated to form the City of Stonnington.

Would you please clarify in civil package line item 950, the topic and the description of the line item is not related. which one is correct?

Also we have 2 line items related to granitic sand, one in landscape package other one is in civil package. what is the different between these two line item?

These items are a double up. The pricing schedule has been amended and one of the items removed from the landscape tab in the schedule.

Tenders are too complete T25014_PartF BOQ Pricing scheduleV2 as part of the submission.

Hi, Could you please clarify the scope of works for demolition and donation of the existing play equipment? Is all the equipment going to be donated? Do we dismount it all and deliver to Rotary? We would like to know more specific requirements for it, thank you!

Hi

Please confirm qauntities of the below lines items on Civil Schedule.

950 125mm depth of compacted granitic sand on 100mm depth of compacted class 2 FCR 20 m²

500 100mm Ø AG Corrugated Fleixible UPVC with Filter Sock. Refer to STD-201 95 Lm

300 100mm Ø UPVC Sewer Class solvent jointed 17 Lm

Please confirm that class 3 crushed concrete is to be used to backfill trenchs to 100mm UPVC pipes as per the descriptionin schedule of rates.

Please confirm that no-fines concrete is to be used to backfill trenches for agi drains as per the description in schedule of rates.

Garden Direct website advises that the edging specified only comes in 100mm and 200mm depth. Schedule of rates describes 300mm depth. Please provide clarification.

The desktop audit by playground auditor is usually conducted at design time. Please confirm that this is requried.

Is it possible ot have a scale ruler included on the Landscape drawings?
