The Shire of Wiluna is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) by way of Tenders from parties interested in the Sale or Lease of Property at 47- 49 Wotton Street, Wiluna. The Shire of Wiluna has determined that the property is surplus to its requirements. The subject property occupies a very central location at the heart of the town’s commercial precinct and has been used: as a community meeting space, community development program space, to accommodate community events and more lately as an occasional office. There are two office/multi-use buildings on site, with a shade structure covering the area between the two buildings.
