Details
Council is seeking quotations for the supply, delivery and servicing of one medium articulated wheel loader fitted with a 4-in-1 bucket. The unit will support daily waste management activities at the Gregadoo Waste Management Centre (GWMC), which operates seven days per week. The machine will primarily work within waste cells and must be capable of continuous, reliable operation in harsh landfill conditions.

Should tender submissions for this Request for Tender be assessed as unsuitable, Council may consider alternative procurement options, including a 3–5 year lease arrangement incorporating all maintenance and ongoing support. Any such arrangement would be subject to the issue of a new request via VendorPanel.

The expected lifecycle of the asset is six (6) years or 8,000 operating hours, and tenderers are expected to provide a service level agreement covering this period.
