Question:
Good morning,

would it be possible to clarify this statement please?

"Pricing should include best offer pricing which would be highly desired as a percentage applied to supplier list price per product rather than individual pricing"

Thank you .

Answered on 26/May/2026 02:29 PM:

Good afternoon.

Thank you for your query.

The statement is intended to obtain a reflection of a consistent discount off your usual sell price (i.e. your standard list or retail price). For example, if a product has a standard displayed price of $10 and your offered discount is 10%, the contracted price to GCHHS would be $9.

Itemised price lists can be administratively burdensome. The percentage-based discount model aims to:

• Provide transparency and consistency in pricing

• Reduce the need for frequent price list updates

• Minimise administrative effort for suppliers.

• Ensure GCHHS continues to receive competitive, best-offer value over time.

Kind regards,

GCHHS

Question:
We have a few further questions:

1. Pricing Review Frequency: Given the 3-year contract term, does GCHHS have a preferred timeframe for how often list prices should be reviewed?

2. How the Discount is Applied for the Duration of the Contract: On each invoice, would you prefer to see the net price per line (i.e. the discounted price only), or the gross price with the discount shown separately on each line?

3. Price List Format for the Tender: Would GCHHS prefer to receive a price list that already shows the discounted price on each line, rather than the full price with the discount shown separately?

Answered on 02/Jun/2026 01:24 PM:

Thank you for your questions. Please see our responses below:

1. General Terms and Conditions allow for 12-month price review, once during each anniversary of the contract, however, noting the volatility
of fresh produce market, we are open to considering an alternative proposal.

2. On each invoice we would like to see the gross price with the discount shown separately on each line.

3. We want to see the full price with the discounted price shown separately.
