Energy Queensland Limited (EQL) anticipates releasing a Request for Tender (RFT) in SAP Ariba in December 2025 (date to be confirmed) for Electronic Security Systems Installation and Maintenance.

Please review the Scope to determine if you are a suitable supplier for this RFT.

Scope:

EQL is seeking submissions for the Installation, reactive and preventative maintenance of Electronic Security Systems installed within our built portfolio which encompasses:

• Providing reactionary maintenance services to EQLs Electronic Security Systems;

• Deliver a periodic preventative maintenance program ensuring EQL’s security systems remain operational and reduce failures resulting in reactive maintenance attendances;

• Installation of electronic security systems to EQL’s defined standards; and

• Provision of site inspections and asset condition monitoring.

• Procurement of the associated hardware, such as security cameras, security controllers and electronic access control.
