The Whitsunday Region is a local government area located in North Queensland, Australia. Established in 2008, it was preceded by two previous local government areas with a history extending back to the establishment of regional local government in Queensland in 1879.

Whitsunday Regional Council (Council) requires a competent organisation (Supplier) to operate and maintain the following components of the sewage system at Whitsunday Coast Airport (WCA):

a) Receiver Manhole (RMH);

b) Sewage Pump Station (SPS);

c) Sewage Treatment Plant (STP); and

d) Treated Effluent Irrigation Field (TEIF).

This Contract will be for a period of two (2) years with two additional one (1) year extensions at Councils sole discretion, with an expiry of 31 July 2030.
