The Barcaldine Region is located in central west Queensland approximately 440km west of Rockhampton, covering an area of 53,677 sq km with an estimated population of 3,503 people.

The Regional Council is made up of the former Shires of Aramac, Barcaldine and Jericho including the towns of Alpha, Aramac, Barcaldine, Jericho and Muttaburra.

The Region is one of the largest cattle producing regions in Central Western Queensland and also has a productive sheep, wool and macropod harvesting industry with the prospect of mining.

Council is seeking quotes from suitably qualified contractors for the supply and installation of full vinyl flooring at the

following properties:

Unit 1 and 2 Pasteur Street Jericho QLD

Inspections of the unit are encouraged prior to the closing of the tender.

Works include:

• Supply and install full laminate vinyl flooring (not planks) and include underlay in your quote if it’s required

• Light wood style colour

• Vinyl skirting to be included

• Removal and disposal of all existing floor coverings (vinyl and carpet)

Each unit consists of one bedroom, kitchen and living area (three rooms per unit).
