• gathering market information to support future planning for dental equipment maintenance services;

• understanding the capability of suppliers to provide maintenance services for dental equipment;

• identifying the equipment types, makes and models that suppliers can support;

• understanding supplier service coverage across Hospital and Health Services, facilities, metropolitan, regional and remote locations;

• understanding workforce capacity, including technician numbers, qualifications and locations; and

• This RFI is not intended to be used to select or shortlist suppliers.
Background information / Compatibility requirements
Details
The services in scope include attendance at Queensland Health facilities to undertake preventative maintenance services, breakdown maintenance services, and the supply of parts required to complete repairs.

The equipment categories include Dental Chairs, Dental Delivery Units/Carts, Dental Lights and Intraoral X-ray Equipment. Detailed tables provided in the appendices of the attached document.
