Translink's list of functional requirements defines 2.1.12 as "Ability to select/deselect affected ROUTES by selecting an area on a map" and 2.1.14 as "Ability to select/deselect affected TRIPS by selecting an area on a map."

Use Case 004, 008, 010, and 012 all refer to 2.1.14 - "Select affected ROUTES by map". Can Translink clarify if the preferred associated functional requirement for each of these use cases is to select at the route level or the trip level?

Are trainsets fixed consists or are passenger cars and locomotives/cabs used in various combinations?

How many of the 559 train vehicles are self-propelled (EMU, DMU, etc), locomotives, and cabs? (as opposed to passenger cars without propulsion that cannot operate independently)?

Hi Procurement Team, ITO Part C1 – Requirements & Requirements Mapping” mentions how to handle ‘Should’ requirements in the instructions tab, condition 1.2 “If the Requirements is categorised with a priority of "Should", and you are proposing an alternative functionality or business process to satisfy the requirement, please detail the proposed functionality in Column E.”. However, there does not seem to be any prioritisation of requirements (should/could/must). This, in combination with references across the “ITO Part C - Primary Response Schedules” document to mandatory requirements, specifically chapter 4. Mandatory Requirements, which is empty – is there any specific prioritisation for functional or non-functional requirements that is required for the tender response?
