Hi Frances, Thank you for your enquiry. This documents for this tender have been uploaded to eTender and eligible contractors can download the documents from there. Panelfab is not appearing on the PQC elgibile list. If Panelfab are PQC registered and believe they should be eligible for this tender, please contact the PQC registrar to discuss.
