suppliers to participate in an Expression of Interest (EOI) for the Provision of Catering Services for

Whyte Island, Brisbane.

The objective of this EOI is to gain an understanding of the current markets capability to provide

catering services, including viable alternative service models, menu options, efficiencies and

opportunities to achieve cost savings. This information obtained will support the organisation in

determining the best methods to meet identified needs.
