Princess Alexandra Hospital (PAH) is seeking a Principal Contractor to deliver anti-ligature refurbishment, and upgrade works within Mental Health Services wards located in Building 19 and Building 7 (Grevillea Ward). The works include upgrades to doors, fixtures, fittings, accessibility elements, ventilation grilles, and associated building services. Works will be undertaken within an operational healthcare facility and include all associated construction, commissioning, certification, and handover requirements. Location: PAH, Woolloongabba, QLD. Timing to be confirmed during the procurement process.

It is recognised that the identified scope may exceed the available project funding and/or the scope ultimately required for delivery. Following development of the preliminary scope and cost estimate, a value management process may therefore be undertaken to review, prioritise and refine the proposed works. This will assist in confirming the final scope, priorities and funding allocation prior to commencement of construction and formalisation of the Principal Contractor's delivery requirements.
