Details

1. Panel contract for 2 years with option to extend for 2 x additional 1 year periods

2. Schedule of Rates Quotation

3. Minimum duration 2 hours, maximum duration 10 hours per event (defined as a Work Package)

4. Onsite response required within 1 hour of service request for Tamworth City locations

5. Onsite response required within 2 hours of service request for Nundle, Manilla, Barraba, Bendemeer and other regional areas within Tamworth Regional Council

6. 24 hour per day response is required

7. 365 days per year availability is highly desirable

8. All works will be under the direct supervision of Tamworth Regional Council staff.

9. Proven relevant experience and ability to work in a co-operative manner with local government staff

10. Appropriate WH&S & Environmental Management awareness and procedures

11. This RFQ is for the provision of all Water & Waste Division Pipeline Location and Vacuum Excavation Services and will also be shared with other Council Divisions who may choose to use this panel contract for services provision.
