The Shire of Loddon is a local government area in Victoria, Australia, located in the northern part of the state. It covers an area of 6,696 square kilometres (2,585 sq mi) and in June 2018 had a population of 7,513.

It includes the towns of Inglewood, Boort, Serpentine, Pyramid Hill and Wedderburn. It was formed in 1995 from the amalgamation of the Shire of East Loddon, Shire of Gordon, Shire of Korong, and parts of the Rural City of Marong, Shire of Bet Bet, Shire of Maldon and Shire of Tullaroop.

The Toyota Hiace Bus is an 11-seater van/bus with no current roadworthy certificate and will be sold without registration.

It does have wheelchair access installed; however, we cannot confirm if this still works.

Vehicle is being sold as is and is key lock only, not automatic door locks. Back lifting door can be complicated to unlock. Front passenger side door lock only unlocks with the key, the key does not work to lock this door. Front drivers side door and the sliding back door locks all work to lock/unlock.

There is branding/sign writing on the vehicle which will need to be removed at the purchaser’s cost.

There is a fire extinguisher on board which may or may not be in safe working order.

Council will assess submitted EOI’s on the basis of their Value for Money to Council and will also apply the recommended weighting of 20% for Local Procurement as defined in Council’s Procurement Policy.

Interest parties are to assume that the Evaluation Panel has no previous knowledge of their organisation, activities or experience.

The responses provided form part of the Council’s EOI evaluation assessment and is to be completed by interested parties.
