Further to our site inspection yesterday, please see below RFI's:

Site Inspection

- We would like to arrange a site inspection for subcontractors to attend to view the existing site conditions. We would envisage that there would be approx. 10 to 15 subcontractor persons attending.

- During the site inspection we would need access to the following areas:

Switchboard Cupboards

Plantrooms

Medical Records

Comms Rooms

Plantrooms below SP2 for drainage requirements

General

- We would like to formally request and extension of time of 2 weeks to the tender period.

- The proposed works will require noisy works such as hammer drilling throughout construction. Given the location of the project, can you please advise a timeframe on when these noisy works can be completed on a daily basis.

- Please provide a floor plan of the proposed route from the loading dock to the goods lift and from the good lift to Lower Ground construction zone.

- Please provide the Hutchison site setup plans for the project they will be conducting around SP2 for our review and consideration in our methodology.

- Please confirm medical records working hours.

- Please provide a list of Base Building/Maintenance contractors for the following Trades. Please also confirm if they are nominated or alternative contractors can be used.

- Please provide details of the soft fall for the court yards proposed on the architectural documents. We are unable to locate this in the documentation.

- Please provide details of the courtyard finishes noted. We are unable to find these details in the documentation.

Structural

- From our site inspection the existing Lower Ground external area has garden beds where the proposed new external court yards are being built. These existing garden beds infills are not shown on the structural plans to provide the new court yard surfaces. Please provide details.

- Blockwork wall shown on the architectural courtyard plans to encase the existing services against the existing retaining wall is not shown on the structural plans. Please provide details.
