Question
:
Hi All,
Please can you advise if the high-level order picker will be picking with pallets or cages?
High level order pickers generally have very little fork adjustment.
Do you require the order picker to be fitted with independent lift?
Answered on 21/Aug/2025 03:58 PM
:
Hi,
The high-level order picker will only be picking with standard Australian sized pallets.
Vendors can and are encouraged to provide proposals for both fixed pallet position and independent lift.
Amendment to be made to technical specifications for the high-level order picker ONLY to remove the 540mm width across forks requirement.

In reference to classification of the hazardous zone, in your assessment and pricing could you please evaluate the below.
Please assess if your machine can meet both levels of group and temperature class and/or would it be a separate machine. If yes can you please price separately.
Hazard: Gas and Vapors
Zone: 3G / Zone 2
Group: IIA and/or IIB
Temperature Class: T2 300c and or T3 200c

Question
:
Hi, the flameproofer has asked the question below.
They have mentioned Class 3 but this relates to flammable liquids. For flameproofing, we are not concerned with the liquid but the explosive gas that is given off by the liquid. This is the old Class 1 classification, but these days the gas need to be classified as IIA, IIB or IIC. Also need to know Zone 1 or 2 and the T rating.
