The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of a Covered Walkway at Bounty Boulevard SS, located at 190 Bounty Boulevard, North Lakes QLD 4509, as part of the Repair & Replacement (R&R) (R&R) program.
The works comprise the replacement of the existing deteriorating covered walkway, with a similar two level walkway linking two GLA blocks. All works are to be completed by December 2025.
Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:
• Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works
•
Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $1,000,000.00
QBCC Licensing and Professional Indemnity Insurance
It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC (Low Rise) builders’ licence will be required for this project. Contractors are required to hold Professional Indemnity Insurance in accordance with the contract.
