The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for submissions for the design and construction of Roof Replacements located at Keebra Park SHS, located at Anne Street, Southport QLD 4215, as part of the Targeted Maintenance (TMP) program.

Where a PQC Level is stated, the Principal is not obliged to provide tender documents, consider or accept a tender unless the tenderer is appropriately registered under the Queensland Government's PQC System for that PQC Level (or higher) and categories for which the tender is invited.

The works comprise of roof replacement to four blocks in the school. All works are to be completed by January 2026.

Details of the site inspection will be advised in the email and letters to tenderers.
