Question:
Good afternoon,

We have the following RFI's for this tender:

1. The open channel topsoil line item (10.1) has a corresponding Grass Seeding item (10.2) with matching quantities, however there is no grass seeding item for the main area topsoil line item (4.3). Please advise if grass seeding is required in this location

2. In-situ repair of defects in the existing landfill capping – the request for tender construct only (long form) document lists to replace the cut material with imported or site won clay that meets the requirements identified in table 11. We cannot find table 11, please provide?

3. Regarding BOQ item 5.2 typical 150mm deep localized invert channel to be concrete lined (drawing notes concrete lining where grade is less than 0.5% ) - BoQ quantity is 5.0m3, please confirm location, total length required, and please also provide a typical cross section for this concrete invert.


Further to the above, we request an extension of time to the tender due date, of 2 weeks.

Good morning

These questions have been answered and further information has been provided as part of Notice to Tender (NTT) 001. Please see files for further information. The Project Manager advised that an extension of 2 weeks has also been applied, this tender now closes 9 October 2026.
