The City of Busselton, located in the renowned Cape to Cape sub-region of the South West of WA, is experiencing high rates of demographic and economic growth. The City’s objectives with this Request for Tender are to engage a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to design, reconstruct and resurface a 1.62 km section of College Avenue in Busselton. The existing pavement has asphalt surfacing with notable deterioration requiring a combination of reconstruction and resurfacing.

This urban road supports high traffic volumes, and all works will be conducted at night to minimise disruption. A concept design, reconstruction methodology, and durable surfacing solution are required to withstand sustained traffic loading over a minimum 30-year design life.
