Can you please tell me who's suppling the gravel because its not listed in the document's, the contractor or the council suppling it?

Is the gravel been suppled from the council and if so can you please tell me where the gravel is coming from and the list of gravel pits in area from the road so I can work out the travel for carting the gravel?

The contract is full-service supply and delivery of materials. Suggested quarries are Hutchison Quarries and Braeside Quarry dependent on the location of the works. Location details shared below.

Can Council please clarify whether Attachment A represents the baseline set of works Council generally expects to deliver under this contract (acknowledging that some individual sites may be removed if no longer required), or whether Attachment A is provided for indicative pricing purposes only, with no expectation that the majority of listed roads will proceed?

Good morning

In response to your recent query, Attachment A represents the works approved for completion and funding under QRA Flood Recovery funding with the current intent that these works will be completed by the successful tenderer.

The contract is a Schedule of Rates contract to enable minor variances as required when on-ground delivery is underway. All works adjustments from the list in Attachment A will be subject to approval by the contract Superintendent in line with Council’s QRA funding requirements.
