Could JCU please confirm whether tenderers are required to complete and submit the Schedule 3 Response Schedule spreadsheet as the primary submission format, or whether respondents may instead provide a formatted submission document/PDF that addresses all required criteria and references the relevant response schedule sections?

Supporting Material / Attachments

Could JCU please confirm whether tenderers may provide supplementary information outside of the Response Schedule, including appendices, capability statements, project sheets, methodology documents, diagrams, or supporting attachments?

Assessment of Supporting Material

Where supporting documents or appendices are submitted, will these materials form part of the formal evaluation process?

Word Limits / Page Limits

Could JCU please confirm whether there are any prescribed:

• page limits;

• word limits; or

• file quantity restrictions

Good morning,

Tenderers are welcome to provide their own response document, but please be sure to clearly reference the documents in Schedule 3 - Response Schedules, as this will be the initial document we open to view responses, and if an attachment/appendix etc is listed, we will then view that document.

Tenderers may provide as much additional information/supporting documents as they like (the only limit may be how many documents can be uploaded to VendorPanel - but this should be a large limit).

Supporting documents will form part of the evaluation and all information provided by tenderers will be taken into account.

There is no page/word limit.

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide an indicative budget at this stage.
