Good Afternoon,

Can you please clarify the following:

1. The Tewantin Campus is listed; however, during Tender QBuild-OP-WBB-2561-HORT (released April 2025), we were advised that this campus had been sold. Could you please confirm whether Tewantin Campus is to be included in this contract?

2. The site list records 139 Rifle Range Road, Gympie as a vacant block, but a complex has been built at this location. Could you clarify what scope/area we should base our pricing on for this site?

3. The site list records 4 Pringle Road, Gympie as a vacant block, but there is now a complex on this site. Could you please advise what scope/area we should base our pricing on here
