Cootamundra-Gundagai Regional Council was formed by Proclamation of the NSW Government on 12 May 2016.

Cootamundra-Gundagai Regional Council provides services and support to a community of approximately 11,500 people, including residents of Cootamundra and Gundagai, as well as the villages of Adjungbilly, Coolac, Muttama, Nangus, Stockinbingal, Tumblong and Wallendbeen.

Council is focused on ensuring that the community benefits from this amalgamation, with our highest priority being to continue delivering quality local services that our communities value and rely on. It is the aim of the administration to build a united team and a united community that is inclusive, forward-thinking and lays the foundations for a strong and effective local government.

Cootamundra-Gundagai Regional Council is seeking submissions from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the design and construction of upgrades to the Gundagai Water Treatment Plant, including Critical Control Point (CCP) instrumentation and integration works, with an optional chemical dosing system upgrade.

The Tenderer must familiarise themselves with the Works and the Site before submission.

Tenderers are advised that the documents required to prepare the Tender, as listed in the technical specifications, are available on the Vendor Panel website.

A Mandatory Site Inspection will be held as per the details provided below –

• Date: Monday 12 October 2026

• Time: 11:00 AM

• Location: Gundagai Water Treatment Plant located on the intersection of Middleton Drive and Brungle Road, South Gundagai (bank of Murrumbidgee River)
