The request summary states a category for transportable & Demountable buildings within this tender, but in all the tender documents there is no mention of transportable & Demountable buildings. Please confirm if this tender panel is not related to transportable & Demountable buildings.

Because the building works category is so broad multiple categories were selected from the Vendor Panel lists to ensure complete coverage.

This tender is related to a broad category not just one.

Yes, this should be included, any demolition works on buildings that may consist of load bearing walls etc would come under structural works.

Section 5.1 suggests that we should provide a response that addresses relevant experience on comparable building works for example projects released as part of the Response Annexure. I don't believe that they have been provided. If so, could you please point me in the direction of where they are located?

There was no project examples provided, apologies for the confusion with the wording. Projects pertaining to building works are examples required from suppliers.

Gas works would be dependant on the specific project, any works involving installation/rectification etc on gas will need to be carried out by an accredited fully licensed gas fitter.

May we confirm that this panel is NOT looking for licensed demolishers and/or licensed asbestos removal including contaminated soil - This panel is only for Builders with open QBCC licenses.

Will there be a panel request for Demolition and Asbestos contractors?

In the WHS CONTRACTOR ASSESSMENT (A) Section 3 states "the following requirements have been added based on the proposed scope of works which potentially exceed the standard criteria assessment". Please advise if there is an expectation to add content here, and if so, please advise an example of what you would expect to see added here. Thanks.

There is no expectation to add into this section. It is for work that might be performed not originally listed in the scope.
