Question:
Can you please confirm the frequency of cleaning. The documents request cleaning Tuesday and Fridays, however there are a number of other references to 5 days per week, Monday - Friday. Please confirm requirements. Thank you in advance.

Item 3.4 Frequency of Service in the contract states:

All buildings are to be cleaned Tuesday and Friday excluding public holidays. Should a day nominated for service fall on a public holiday, the service should be completed on the working day prior to or after such holiday. The services are to be provided between 5pm and 9pm, Monday to Friday.

Additionally, do you have a toilet / sink count for the facility?

Hello,

Sorry there are no floor plans but there are 12 sinks, 2 showers, 6 toilets, 1 urinal.

Apologies for the inconvenience there is no minor works form required for cleaning contracts. DPI will require the following paperwork submitted with the tender;

• Signed Contract Details

• Signed Request for Quote

• Modern Slavery Survey

• Copies of QLeave and Insurance certificates

Question:
On page 10 under 3.4 Frequency of service they have it down as cleaning ALL building on Tuesdays and Fridays, excluding public holidays. However, under “General Cleaning” in their pricing section we need to complete they’ve listed it as five days a week cleaning and not 2 days which doesn’t match there is it 2 days a week or 5 days a week.

The second question I have is regarding the green circle REAGENTS/CHEMICAL – Monthly QTY! I’m not exactly sure what they mean by this, as when I looked it up, it refers to a chemical reaction or a test for specific chemicals. They’ll need to provide some clarification on this or do you know what there on about.

Hi, the services required are for 2 days per week. The preferred days are Tuesday and Fridays but can be swapped to other days when required.

In answer to your second question, the section for Reagents/Chemicals is for any consumables you will be charging for, other than what the Department will supply.
