Details
JCU invites submissions from suitably qualified and experienced consultants to act as Principal Lead Consultant for the planning, coordination and delivery of statutory approvals to enable the redevelopment of land located within the JCU Cairns Campus. The subject site is a total area of approximately 8.225ha and a developable area of approximately 7.09ha.

The subject land comprises an irregularly shaped parcel and is situated adjacent to the Captain Cook Highway. The site is currently undeveloped and is constrained by a range of physical, environmental and servicing interfaces, including road reserves, overhead electrical easements, future transport corridor reservations, drainage infrastructure and potential land dedication requirements.

Good morning,

As per Schedule 1_Request for Tender, JCU may terminate the tendering process at any time. It was JCU's intent to tender both Cairns and Townsville residential land concurrently, however, due to some constraints, we are now only going to tender for the Townsville (Western) Residential Land (as per tender 001296).

Cairns Residential Land Development tender may become available to tender in the future, however, at this time, it is being suspended. We apologise for any inconvenience, and encourage you to please still tender for Townsville Western Residential Land Development if you have the capacity to do so.
