SkyAus Infrastructure is reviewing RFT2627-06 (Network Infrastructure Renewal Works) and we'd appreciate clarification on a couple of points:

Pricing structure – The VendorPanel pricing table allows free-form line items. Is the Town expecting a single all-up lump sum, a breakdown by site (12 facilities), a Schedule of Rates by work item (e.g. per access point, per PTP link, per metre of cabling), or a combination? Any guidance on the preferred format, and how price will be weighted in the evaluation, would help us structure our response with your expectations.

Scope confirmation – Could you confirm whether the indicative equipment counts and site scope set out in the wireless network investigation report (Appendix 2) represent the fixed scope to be priced, or whether tenderers are expected to propose/validate their own design based on the site data provided?

If it's easier to cover these on a short call rather than in writing, we're happy to make time for that — otherwise a written response to the above would be welcomed.

Question:
The Price Schedule lists Site 10 as "Port Hedland Library," but no Site Investigation Report, Cable Markup Plan or coverage study has been provided for this site. The RFT's attachment index instead labels the report numbered "s10" as "South Hedland Aquatic Centre," which the Price Schedule lists separately as Site 11.

Could the Principal please confirm:

1. Whether investigation/design documentation for Port Hedland Library (Site 10) exists and can be provided; and

2. Which site numbering (Price Schedule vs. Attachment index) is correct for Sites 10 and 11.
