Question:
Hello, just checking re the WHS Questionnaire in part 6.1. The instructions say to complete the response and label it "Work Health and Safety Response". Does this mean you want us to leave it blank in the response schedules but copy it into a separate attachment and complete it? It would seem to make more sense to complete it within the response schedules themselves?
