The City of Greater Bendigo (City) invites submissions from suitably experienced and equipped Contractors for the provision of water tanker/water cart services, including delivery and water application, typically for road construction and unsealed road maintenance with the enter Greater Bendigo Municipal area.

Other services relating to Water Tanker/Water Cart operations may be requested from time to time, including watering trees, flushing drains and emergency management support.

Tenderers must upload a fully completed CT000784 Part 4 Response Schedule document.

Failure to do so will result in the submission being deemed non-conforming.

As outlined in CT000784 Part 1 Conditions of Tendering the City does not accept late submissions. All submission must be lodged electronically via the VendorPanel portal. Submissions by any other method will not be accepted.

Question:
Hi,

Can council please clarify the following.

Weighted Evaluation Criteria.

Can council outline how Stage 2 Quantitative Assessment works, will tenderers who are successful and added to the panel be offered works in a ranked pricing structure or is work allocated in a shared structure?

Also, whilst we acknowledge being a panel member doesn't guarantee work, can council provide a guide as to approximate hour-days-weeks P/A council engages services under this model?

Tenderers that are successfully appointed to the Panel of Suppliers will be engaged in line with the City’s Procurement Policy.

The City is unable to provide this information. The work available is dependent on the City’s pipeline of approved projects at any one time.
