Ports North (The Principal) is a Queensland Government Owned Corporation (GOC) responsible for the development and management of the declared Ports of Cairns, Cape Flattery, Karumba, Mourilyan, Skardon River, Quintell Beach, Thursday Island,?Burketown?and Cooktown.

The site of works is located at 84-88 Cook Street, Portsmith. The scope includes several elements of external refurbishment works, including external painting, installation of new handrails, installation of new concrete stairs, new roof sheeting and plumbing, roofing elements for repair and refurbishment, demolition of existing infrastructure and minor electrical works amongst other items.

It is mandatory for the tenderers to attend the below site inspection:

1. 10am on 3rd August 2026 at, 84-88 Cook Street, Portsmith QLD 4870

Tenderers are limited to 2 personnel per site visit and must register their interest with Adrian Nowak @ adriannowak@apecnq.com or on 0400 191 025. Interested must be register by no later than 12noon on Friday 31st July 2026.
