What the buyer is requesting
Details
Queensland Health (QH) has made a commitment to implement a digital first strategy for the patient journey allowing all information pertinent to the care to be captured, stored and available across the state. The goal is to provide a synthetic transaction mechanism into the existing Splunk solution that will capture and report the site-specific user experiences and provide proactive and rapid resolution to any potential issues.

The current solution is 2Steps and performs all of the actions of a user interacting with the system, capturing performance across all of the transactions. Responses are stored in Splunk and used to baseline expected performance and proactively detect degradation and outages at individual sites to assist in customer experience and patient outcomes.

The scope of this ITO is the supply of 2Steps licences (tests) and support services.

Please refer to the attached Customer Requirements for further information.

The software (2Steps ver11.0.96) is currently deployed on virtual and physical infrastructure within QH and is used to detect early warning signs of service degradation through site specific issues or platform performance issues, allowing QH IT support teams to prevent issues developing into business incidents.

Included in the Customer Requirements is further detail of important features from a business and technical perspective.
